Katie Tate is the editor for the Institute for Development of Educational Achievement (IDEA), the Oregon Reading First Center, and the Western Region Reading First Technical Assitance Center in the College of Education, University of Oregon. Ms. Tate received her undergraduate degree in fine art from the University of Southern California.
